Truth is present in your own life

Truth in your own life

In science, we know laws such as gravitation and the theory of relativity… Through observation, Isaac Newton formulated the law of gravitation after seeing… an apple fall. Albert Einstein developed the theory of relativity through tireless research throughout his life.

In spirituality, we know the Buddha. He passed through every experience — from living abundantly in a palace with a wife, child, and authority, to fasting, austerities, and renouncing everything, before awakening beneath the bodhi tree.

As we explore and continually receive truths, we understand how profound the connection between science and spirituality is. Science never stops “discovering” new things. Spirituality explained those things long ago. Yet humans rely heavily on the thinking mind. The mind generally believes only in science, logic, and numbers… This is entirely understandable and necessary. We will pass through stages of relying heavily on the mind. After direct personal experience, you gradually move toward truth. You know it—not from somewhere distant, but through experiences in your own life.

Truth exists in everything. Wherever you are, whoever you are, whatever you believe, truth continues to operate as it does.

Listen to these deeper reflections in an excerpt from The Path – The Path of Initiation:

Truths are realities that always, always exist around us.
