Most notably, the program offers companionship, support, and 1-to-1 Coaching between each participant and the Inti Healing team. Each participant is mentored by a Coach, supported in practicing, understanding, learning the methods, and applying them independently in class through continuous accompaniment, sharing practice experiences, corrections, and feedback over 3 days. The workshop concludes with profoundly deep and beautiful transformations among the participants.

Gratitude and love for the body were deeply awakened, creating beautiful experiences for participants. Here are some participants’ reflections after the recent 3-day weekend program (October 18, 19, 20, 2024):

The program concluded in fulfillment, with deeply beautiful emotional responses from students. With scientific methods fully passed on for the long journey of proactive self-care and improving their own and their families’ health, students have established a new healthy, scientific, nature-aligned lifestyle to improve physical and mental health and prevent illness as much as possible.

This is also a great source of motivation for the Inti Healing team in particular and Inti Foundation as a whole to organize more beneficial programs and courses in the future.
