Inti Healing

MEDITATION & BREATHING

Nurture stillness and inner strength

OVERVIEW

Meditation & Breathing at Inti Healing combines conscious breathing with mindful meditation, helping you slow down, listen to yourself, and nurture balance in everyday life.

With each breath, practitioners are guided to return to the body, observe the mind, recognize emotions, and build a more positive relationship with themselves. This is a gentle supporting method for those who want to care for their mental well-being, soothe tension, and develop presence in life.

The Meditation & Breathing journey does not aim to force you into a special state, but helps you gradually learn to relax, observe, listen, and connect more deeply with your inner world.

AWAKENING BREATHING

Awakening breathwork (diaphragmatic breathing) is a conscious breathing practice that helps practitioners return to the body, calm the mind, and support balance between body and mind. When practiced regularly and correctly, deep breathing can help the body relax, support clearer awareness of inner signals, and create a foundation for presence in everyday life.

AWAKENING MEDITATION

Awakening Meditation is a practice that helps participants return to presence, observe thoughts and emotions, and connect with inner wisdom.

Through basic guided steps, practitioners receive support in centering themselves, calming the mind, observing emotions, listening to inner lessons, and nurturing love for themselves and life.

This method suits both beginners and experienced meditators because the focus is not on “meditating correctly or incorrectly,” but on returning, observing, and being present with yourself more honestly.

PRACTICE PROCESS

Step 1: Practice awakening breathing, 96 breaths over 30 minutes.

Step 2: Practice Awakening Meditation

After the breathing portion, you continue into meditation with natural breathing. This helps you slow down, settle your mind, observe emotions, and connect more deeply within.

You can begin with short practices of 5 or 15 minutes, then gradually increase to 20, 30, 45 minutes, or longer according to your pace. Support sessions can take place through live guidance or suitable practice instructions, giving you greater flexibility in maintaining meditation and breathing habits.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

In modern life, many people turn to meditation and breathing as ways to slow down, care for their mental well-being, and improve the quality of their presence at work, in family life, and in relationships.

The Meditation & Breathing method at Inti Healing aims beyond stillness, helping you observe emotions, recognize inner patterns, and gradually develop inner strength.

Instead of focusing on attaining a special state, Inti Healing supports you in learning to return to yourself, listen to your body, calm your mind, and nurture peace in everyday life.
